These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of AI Sales Assistant at https://www.aisalesassistant.ca (the "Service"), operated by Artillac Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
AI Sales Assistant provides an embeddable AI chat widget, lead management dashboard, optional Google Calendar scheduling, and related tools for businesses and sales teams. Features may change as we improve the product.
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring staff who access the dashboard are authorized by your organization.

Your organization is responsible for informing website visitors how chat data is collected and used, and for complying with applicable privacy laws (such as PIPEDA in Canada). Our Privacy Policy describes how we process data on your behalf.
Businesses may enable transactional SMS in dashboard settings. When enabled, website visitors who provide a phone number in the chat widget may receive appointment-related text messages (such as confirmations and reminders) from that business through our platform. AI Sales Assistant (operated by Artillac Inc.) provides messaging infrastructure; the business whose widget the visitor uses is identified in the in-widget notice and in message content.
Opt-in.Before SMS is sent, the visitor must see an in-widget notice such as: "By continuing, you agree to receive appointment text messages from [Business Name]. Reply STOP to opt out." The notice includes links to our Privacy Policyand these Terms & Conditions. By continuing the conversation and providing a phone number after that notice, the visitor consents to receive these messages from that business only, delivered through AI Sales Assistant (Artillac Inc.) on that business's behalf. Consent obtained through one business's widget does not apply to other businesses on the platform.
Permitted use. The SMS feature is for appointment confirmations and reminders only—not for promotional, marketing, or unsolicited bulk messaging. Your organization must not use it for marketing or lead-generation campaigns sent on behalf of third parties. You are responsible for lawful, consented use and for ensuring visitors see the in-widget notice before messages are sent.
Message frequency. Frequency varies by booking activity; typically one confirmation and up to one reminder per appointment.
Opt-out and help. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of further SMS from that business. Recipients may reply HELP or contact the business that embedded the widget for assistance.
Mobile information sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver transactional messages described in this section and to operate the Service (including delivery through providers such as Twilio). See our Privacy Policy for additional detail.
Message and data rates may apply.Standard message and data rates from the recipient's wireless carrier may apply.
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize us to access calendar data as described in the Privacy Policy solely to provide scheduling features. You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time in dashboard settings.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan and price selected at checkout. Listed prices exclude applicable sales taxes (such as GST or HST in Canada); tax is calculated from your billing address at checkout and on renewals. Trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
Pricing and plan changes. Prices, plan limits, and features shown on our website, marketing pages, or in the dashboard are current offers only. We do not guarantee that any price will remain unchanged for any fixed period. We may increase or decrease subscription fees, usage limits, or plan inclusions from time to time.
Unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing, price changes for an existing subscription take effect at the start of your next billing period after we provide reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or in-app notice before renewal). The fee you agreed to at checkout applies through your current paid billing period. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before the next renewal so the change does not apply to you.
New customers pay the prices and limits in effect at the time they subscribe. Trial, pilot, and promotional pricing may expire or change as described at signup. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing, unless you cancel as described above.
We retain ownership of the Service, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your business content and lead data. You grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted interactions and verifying lead and meeting information. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Sales Assistant and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
